With a 25 year career in the fire service ending as a retired division chief, a background in computers, databases, analytics and experience in management and finance, Clay Steward, M.S. has a unique skill set that he utilizes to help organizations create the core documents and tools needed for their talent to continue their critical tasks.
During his 6 years as a fire department accreditation manager he realized that emergency service organizations have a great deal of information available to them that is invaluable in their decision making process. However, with limited budgets and limited resources they are unable to adequately capitalize on this data.
